InterClip Product Returns

All InterClip products (Vent-Clip Style and Flat Mount Style) are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Items must be in original condition.

Model Shop Returns

For pre-designed items purchased from the Model Shop, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Print Returns

Because our 3D printing services are entirely bespoke, completed custom prints are strictly non-refundable. If there is a clear manufacturing defect or deviation from the agreed-upon tolerances, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free reprint or credit.

Shipping Times

All shipping operations are based out of Canada. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Custom jobs require an additional 2-4 days of lead time for manufacturing. International shipping is available — contact us for a shipping estimate.

Bulk Orders

For orders of 50+ units of InterClip products, discounted pricing of $14.99 per unit applies automatically. Bulk shipments are consolidated for reduced shipping costs. Contact us directly for enterprise-scale quotes.
